What We Do

At Tuned In, we have multiple areas of focus. We provide courses to independent music teachers to help them manage their businesses, students, and projects. We create courses for adult musician beginners that provide context into better practice habits. We enable supporting technology and applications to manage and log practice sessions to help progression with your musical journey. We also built a community where learning music is our first priority! If you are into music as a teacher or student, there is something here for you!

Harness Project Management

Obtain an understanding of project management best practices to structure learning outcomes as a student or as a teacher. Organize yourself to be better and build a whole new type of commitment.

Learn Emotional Intelligence

Learn to understand different personality types and communication styles based on different individuals. As a teacher, retain your students through better communication. As a student, learn better through enhanced active listening.

Develop Harmonic Communication

There is a synergy between emotional intelligence, practice frameworks, communication, and project management. Learn to harness them for harmonic communication that propels your business or your progression.

Obtaining multiple certifications, degrees and certificates in the field, he built IT based applications and project managed many product development initiatives that include e-commerce websites, phone applications, and web applications. His career brought him to the trade school - Learning Alliance - where he is the Executive Director of the institution running all 7 required departments. He stepped into learning music and the violin to learn with his daughters, and he harnessed his skills from his career to develop a unique practice framework called "Project Manage Your Practice".

“If you give into an emotional response when things get difficult when practicing, you may shut down your enthusiasm for the violin, and ultimately harm your ability to move forward.” – Fred Arnold
